DIMENSION
Hello! You should login to get access (only public data are available for unauthenticated users).
About DIMENSION
All data published here (only several samples from Valerie - P1 project) are protected, i.e., you need to authotize to browse them (and be assigned at least User role).
If you have access, then you are free to browse information on Ho-V-Mn-Co-Ni-O and Mg-Co-Ni-Cu-O. In these projects you can find a number of samples structured by Ho content in the Ho-V-Mn-Co-Ni-O system or by permutation in the Mg-Co-Ni-Cu-O system.
If you proceed further to subprojects, then ultimately you can observe folders with individual samples and assotiated information.
For example, lets consider Sample 8088. Here you could observe objects of various types:
- Sample: Sample 8088 and all other related to this sample objects are associated to it (see Associated Objects);
- Photo: Photo of Sample 8088;
- EDX CSV: EDX CSV for sample 8088;
- EDX Image:
- EDX Image for sample 8088_1,
- EDX Image for sample 8088_2,
- EDX Image for sample 8088_3,
- EDX Image for sample 8088_mapping. - HTTS CSV: EDX HTTS CSV for sample 8088;
- HTTS Image:
- HTTS Image for sample 8088 (all),
- HTTS Image for sample 8088 (cut); - XRD CSV:
- XRD CSV for sample 8088,
- XRD CSV for sample 8088 (normalized).
You could also browse data in CSV files directly in Web Interface. For example, you could observe (and see corresponding Wafer visualization in case of 342-data):
- Composition for the sample (from EDX CSV) CSV Viewer: EDX CSV for sample 8088;
- Resistance for the sample (from HTTS CSV) CSV Viewer: HTTS CSV for sample 8088;
- XRD CSV for the sample (from XRD CSV) I could not recommend to observe via web user interface because of data size, it's better to download it for further processing if required.
Search: you could also play around with search to find some information stored. For example, for EDX CSV data we store minimum and maximum content of every element. So it's easy to search for all EDX CSV documents with V in range [25; 30]% to find the EDX CSV object for Sample 8088.
Data upload
From data upload perspective it was done object type matching via file name heuristics, which facilitates quick data import (ask Victor for demonstration - all above mentioned files for sample 8088 could be uploaded at once via Drag&Drop zone - all correspinding objects will be created and interlinked automatically).
Feel free to test and write me in case of any questions.
Best wishes,
Victor
